30 Days to Presence
A challenge to cultivate a sense of contentment, joy, and presence.
I’m a sucker for a good 30-day challenge. I find so many interesting and fun challenges that I thought I would create one for myself, and for you all! I spent a lot of time and effort on this, so I’ll be making this challenge available for paid subscribers only. This challenge is going to kick off all of the new and exciting ideas I have planned for this blog, so I hope you’ll stick around and consider upgrading your subscription.
May smells like fresh cut grass, rain, and the color purple, so, at least for me, May feels like renewal and the start of something fresh, which is what this challenge is going to be all about. This May, I want to focus on the things that both refresh and make me feel better. This can be anything, from a cup of coffee to a day out with friends. I crafted this challenge to remind me to take note of these things, and build a sense of presence and mindfulness around the things that leave me feeling alive. I hope it does the same for you all.
We’re beginning this 30 Days to Presence challenge tomorrow, May 1st. A new month feels like the perfect opportunity to begin something new, and you can expect another 30-day challenge at the start of June.
As I said before, the goal of this challenge is to cultivate a sense of contentment, joy, and presence by becoming more aware of the beauty that surrounds us each and every day. This challenge is all about noticing the little things!
The Rules
Each day, write down at least one thing that made you feel good.
Take a look at the micro-challenges I’ve included below and note how you feel after practicing them.
(Optional) Share your notes, stories, and joy list in our subscriber chat! Let’s talk about all of the things that make us happy!
The whole point of a 30-day challenge is to turn the goal into a habit, so I hope that this challenge both inspires and motivates you to practice the art of noticing small joys and cultivating contentment throughout the next 30 days and the rest of the year.
So, without further ado, here is my 30-day challenge for the month of May!
